SubD Flow-The one-click Catmull-Clark subdivide tool that keeps you in Edit Mode.

The Problem

Every SubD modeler knows the tedious dance:

  1. Tab out of Edit Mode.
  2. Go to the Modifiers tab.
  3. Add a Subdivision Surface modifier.
  4. Apply it.
  5. Tab back into Edit Mode to continue working.

For each layer of detail, you're forced to break your concentration and repeat these clicks. This constant interruption pulls you out of your creative flow and wastes valuable time.

The Solution

SubD Flow is a lightweight, professional add-on designed to solve this exact problem. It integrates a powerful "Subdivide Catmull-Clark" operator directly where you need it most: the right-click context menu in Edit Mode.

Now, you can add and apply a clean subdivision to your entire mesh with a single click, allowing you to iteratively increase mesh density for detailing without ever leaving the modeling environment.

Key Features:

  • One-Click Workflow: Replaces a 5-step process with a single, intuitive action.
  • Stay In The Zone: No more switching between modes. Keep your hands on the keyboard and your mind on your model.
  • Interactive Level Control: After running the command, you can interactively adjust the subdivision levels from the "Last Action Panel" in the corner of your viewport.
  • Minimalist & No-Bloat: This is not another massive, confusing toolkit. SubD Flow does one job, does it perfectly, and adds zero clutter to your UI.
  • Smart & Safe: The operator intelligently acts on the entire object, preventing the broken topology that can result from subdividing a partial selection.

Who is this for?

SubD Flow is essential for:

  • Hard-surface modelers creating complex shapes.
  • Character artists sculpting organic forms.
  • Any Blender user who values an efficient, uninterrupted modeling workflow.

Stop the context-switching and start modeling faster. Get SubD Flow and reclaim your focus.
